We are looking for a passionate Software Developer with extensive expertise in Associate, Information Technology. It´s a hybrid role (remote-on site)
Job Responsibilities
- Systems and user accounts management.
- Providing IT support for company employees.
- Troubleshooting network and server issues (L1).
- Ensure the security of company systems and data through thoughtful diligence, adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Performing onboarding & offboarding tasks for the company employees.
- Support on audio and video communications and collaboration systems.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Hardware and software inventory control.
Requirements tools
- Scripting knowledge on bash, powershell or Python.
- Good understanding of networking concepts and communication protocols.
- Good understanding on Active Directory administration.
- Setup and troubleshooting Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems.
Requirements must have
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration / teamwork skills.
- Hands on experience on help desk / end user oriented support.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Willing to go to the office, it´s a hybrid role.
- Tier 1 technical support.
- Customer experience and customer satisfaction-oriented.
- Strong in Linux system administration, configuring and maintaining Linux-based systems and monitoring their performance.
Requirements nice to have
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Information Technology security concepts.
- Good knowledge of data backup and recovery.
- Atlassian stack knowledge.
- Google business suite knowledge.
