Job Summary:

We are looking for a System Administrator / Infrastructure Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Windows/Linux administration, IT infrastructure support, and network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing systems, providing L1/L2 support, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user accounts, systems, and IT assets.
• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, servers, networks, printers, and collaboration tools.
• Perform employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems, network, hardware, and software issues.
• Maintain documentation, security standards, and operational procedures.
• Support Office productivity tools, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows ¹⁰⁄₁₁ and Windows Server ²⁰¹⁹⁄₂₀₂₂ or Linux servers.
• Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, routing, and switching.
• Experience with Active Directory and Office productivity tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, or Azure.
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Exposure to monitoring tools, log management, and security solutions.
• Knowledge of backup, recovery, and system security best practices.
