We understand government operations and assist clients in articulating plans to meet the requirements of central agencies, senior managers, and program administrators. Our services include direction setting, research, issue analysis, option outlining, and defining resource requirements.

We bring together project management, communications, human resource, IT, and finance professionals to support client objectives. We are proficient in both business and technology, often bridging the two to create effective projects.

As a Google partner, we collaborate to deliver technical solutions to the Canadian Government. Our technical engagements include architectural work for government projects, such as with Shared Services Canada. We use our ScienceLogic expertise to design, implement, and integrate technical solutions. We also provide AI testing and architecture consulting, supporting federal government projects for departments like IRCC. This includes designing, developing, and executing test strategies for AI applications (such as agents, RAG, and LLMs) to ensure reliability, performance, and security. We create test plans and cases, perform various types of testing, and automate tests using Python, Java, or R, while supporting DevOps/CI-CD processes. Most of our clients are repeat customers.
