We are a consulting firm founded in 2008 as KSM Consulting. We specialize in data, technology solutions, and digital transformation, working with public and private sector clients to solve their most challenging problems.

Our services include Data Analytics, Technology Strategy and Assessment, Managed IT Services, CIO-on-Demand, CFO Services, Project Management and Rescue, Management Consulting, IT Disaster Recovery, Design Thinking, Business Intelligence, Operations Optimization, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), Cybersecurity and Risk Compliance, software selection, government consulting, and Data Strategy and Planning.

We design, deploy, and implement advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. We also provide technical support and systems administration for data protection, servers, networks, and communications. Our team manages and deploys Google Workspace solutions and offers Cloud and Systems Architecture for on-premise and cloud-native systems, including modernization, multi-cloud, hybrid cloud strategies, and governance. Additionally, we assist with citizen contact center transformations and financial planning and analysis.
