Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who can work independently and deliver high-quality design solutions quickly. You’ll be responsible for the complete design process, from understanding user needs to creating final designs that are ready for development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design user interfaces for web and mobile products that are easy to use and visually appealing
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Work directly with product managers and developers to turn ideas into finished products
Make design decisions independently without needing constant oversight
Deliver design work on tight deadlines while maintaining quality
Present and explain your design choices to stakeholders
Iterate quickly based on feedback and testing results
Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all products
6+ years of releavant experience in product design or UX/UI design
Strong portfolio showing your design process and finished work
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven track record of delivering projects on time
Experience working in fast-paced environments with quick turnarounds
Strong communication skills to collaborate with different customers
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
Nice to have:
- Experience with design systems
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience working within Salesforce ecosystem
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
