Founded in 2019 and backed by Temasek, Sheares Healthcare Group, Vulpes Investment Management, and The Hive Southeast Asia, we provide comprehensive digital mental healthcare services. We work across Asia and beyond, serving corporate clients, insurers, and individuals. We were the first in Asia to offer text-based coaching backed by clinical validation and to partner with insurers to broaden access to care.

We offer end-to-end technology solutions for employers, insurers, partners, and employees. For employers, our services include the ThoughtFull Insights dashboard to measure engagement and outcomes, a flexible credit model, and full care coverage from proactive tools and assessments to preventive text-based coaching, curative care, crisis hotlines, and critical incident response. Our care is highly localized; the app is available in over 12 languages, and our mental health professionals offer support in more than 30 languages across over 80 locations.

For employees, the ThoughtFull app provides proactive care for well-being assessments and habit building, daily asynchronous text-based coaching for prevention, curative care through video or in-person therapy (including couples and group counseling), and crisis care with ²⁴⁄₇ hotline access. We also provide on-site therapy to clients.

Our data shows a 43% engagement rate and a 67% reduction in stress, anxiety, and depression symptoms among employees. Users report 4.⁴⁄₅ satisfaction, and our programs offer 60% cost savings compared to traditional Employee Assistance Programs. We have facilitated over 10,000 hours of conversations between users and professionals. In 2021, we connected wearable technology data with mental health data through Project Cheria. A 2022 randomized controlled trial, published in JMIR Formative Research, confirmed our text-based coaching reduces stress, anxiety, and depression. We are ISO-27001 certified for information security management and received Gold for Best Corporate Wellness Provider in Malaysia at the HR Vendors of the Year Awards 2025 across Singapore and Malaysia.
