About the Role:
Our company invites a professional IT Researcher to work in a team of experienced, result-oriented, and just great specialists. We offer you to take part in searching for specialists, who will work in cooperation with famous customers from Israel, USA and Europe.
What you are involved in:
- Learn and apply different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates
- CV screening according to vacancies requirements
- Identify the best matching talents for our clients’ teams
- Initial contact with candidates and processing them to the recruitment team
- Execute various market analyses required to help filling in vacancies faster
- Maintenance of databases and related reports
- Monitoring the relevance of vacancies on job portals
What background do you have:
- At least 1 year of experience in searching for IT vacancies
- Knowledge of the IT market
- Intermediate level of English and excellent communication skills
- Proficient PC user (Experience with Excel, Word)
Personal profile:
- Highly responsible and motivated person
- Proactive and result-oriented
- Strong networking skills
- Team player: work closely with recruiters
- Be aware and make use of the market’s newest recruitment tools
- Having a «get things done» attitude
