As a Technical Customer Service representative at Adepto Technical Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions, and delivering exceptional support throughout the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely technical assistance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a range of technical issues related to our products.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on product performance.
- Provide clear explanations and guidance on product features and usage.
- Train and support customers on product usage and best practices.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a technical customer service or support role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Comfortable with using CRM software and other technical tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote team environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to improving user experience.
