Spirit Omega, formerly Spirit Staffing & Consulting, is an Indigenous-Women owned business founded in 1998.

We staff temporary, contract, or direct-hire roles. Our services include general staffing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), payroll and contingent workforce management, and Indigenous recruiting. We place candidates in professional, technical, administrative, and trades roles, with expertise in Oil & Gas, Engineering, and JR. - SR. Administration.

We also operate Fast Labour Solutions, our industrial labor and safety training division established in 2000. This division provides industrial staffing for non-skilled and skilled tradespeople and offers safety courses online, in-person, or on-site.

We operate out of Calgary, AB, with a regional branch in Edmonton, placing contractors and employees across Canada. Through partnerships, we can also expand internationally. We have contracts with major clients like Husky, CP Rail, Imperial Oil, and Syncrude.
