Weβre looking for a contract / fractional recruiter to support a focused hiring period at AdMed Inc.
Time: ~30 hours/week (β4 days/week)
Duration: ~3β4 months, with potential for extension
Location: Remote (US-based)
Comp: Competitive hourly rate

What weβre looking for:
β Experience recruiting medical writers and other agency medical communications roles
β Comfortable owning searches end-to-end (sourcing β screens β shortlist)
β Experience working in an ATS (Workable preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
β Prioritizes quality over volume
Work with a longstanding leader in pharmaceutical marketing and training
Direct partnership with senior leadership
