Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the full technical recruitment cycle: defining evaluation standards, reviewing CVs/resumes, conducting interviews, reference-checks, and ensuring quality hiring practices. Built In+1

  • Build and manage pipelines of technical talent — sourcing candidates via social media, job boards, networking, meetups, etc., and actively maintain talent pools for present and future needs. Built In+1

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and different departments to identify hiring needs, define job requirements, and devise recruiting strategies tailored to each role or project. Built In+1

  • Supervise and guide junior recruiters or recruitment staff, ensuring consistent and high-quality hiring practices across the team. Built In+1

  • Recommend and implement improvements to the recruitment process — propose new sourcing strategies, optimize evaluation procedures, and adapt to evolving company hiring needs. Built In+1

  • Several years of experience (typically 3+ years) in full-cycle or technical recruiting.

  • Bachelor’s degree — often in HR, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience with strategic sourcing and candidate management, with strong ability to build networks and talent communities.

  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills — often needed when interfacing with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (like Workable or similar) to manage applicant tracking and streamline hiring workflows.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles/skills — since you’ll be recruiting for developers, analysts, and other tech positions.

- 50 percent of the salary in USD
