Aetion, a Datavant Company, is a healthcare analytics and technology company. We provide real-world evidence for medical treatments and technologies to manufacturers, purchasers, and regulators. Founded in 2013 by Harvard Medical School faculty members, we help inform healthcare decisions about product development, commercialization, and payment innovation.

We offer the Aetion Evidence Platform®, which analyzes real-world data to provide clear, fast, and scientifically validated answers on safety, effectiveness, and value. The platform includes validated analytical methods, data ingestion and preparation, and pre-built tools. Additionally, our Aetion Science & Research team delivers expert real-world evidence solutions to help build evidence approaches and gain insights. We have also developed applications like Discover for broad exploration, Substantiate for high-stakes decisions, and Generate for privacy-protecting synthetic data.

We partner with over 80 data providers. Our platform is 6 times faster than SAS, and 17 of the top 20 global biopharma companies use our solutions to generate real-world evidence. We are based in New York City and are backed by investors including New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Warburg Pincus, and Flare Capital Partners.
