We founded Vital Data Technology in 2005 to offer health payers an AI-driven health data platform called Affinitē. Our goal is to help health plans improve member health and reduce costs by providing insights.

The Affinitē platform is a cloud-based medical management solution. It uses real-time data science, AI, and analytics to automate processes and support decision-making. It connects various data sources to bring together solutions for quality, risk, utilization management, care management, and appeals and grievances.

Affinitē addresses payer challenges like population health, value-based care, payer-provider collaboration, member engagement, and prior authorization. The platform includes:

• Affinitē Intelligent Insights for data analytics
• Affinitē CM for population health management
• Affinitē UM for utilization management and prior authorization
• Affinitē QI for quality improvement and HEDIS submission
• Affinitē Ecosystem for provider and member engagement through portals and mobile apps

We work with various payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Plans, Behavioral Health, TPAs & MSOs, and Health Exchanges. Our solutions cover over 16 million lives in all 50 states, with more than 3,000 users. We have been developing AI models for over nine years and have implemented over 200 automation rules.
