Your Mission:
As an Implementation Specialist within SuccessHub, you will play a critical role in driving customer success from the moment a contract is signed through full launch and value realization. You will lead customers through the entire implementation lifecycle, establishing the foundation for long-term product adoption, growth, and retention.
Your focus will be on driving successful onboarding and technical implementation of AfterShip’s returns and tracking solutions. You will act as the central coordinator across customers and internal teams, ensuring customers clearly understand how to best leverage our products while confirming features, configurations, and integrations are properly aligned to support their business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

- Guide customers through platform configuration, workflow setup, and best practice adoption to ensure strong product utilization. Success looks like customers being able to effectively operate and derive value from the platform shortly after launch.
- Support custom API-based integrations by partnering with Solutions or Engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical configurations. Success looks like integrations being deployed accurately, successfully tested, and aligned to customer business needs.
- Serve as the primary coordinator across customers and internal teams to ensure implementation timelines, milestones, and success criteria are met. Success looks like smooth project execution with minimal delays and strong stakeholder alignment.
- Transition customers from implementation to ongoing success management by driving adoption, engagement, and product value outcomes. Success looks like strong long-term platform usage and sustained customer satisfaction.
- Support mature customers in adopting newly launched features and additional products, driving continued optimization and expansion across the AfterShip suite.
You will be expected to be in the office 1-2 times per week, located in downtown Toronto.
Who We’re Looking For :
- 3+ years of experience implementing or managing B2B SaaS customers.

- Experience working with eCommerce platforms, logistics systems, or carrier integrations is highly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business guidance.
- Proven project management skills: organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Confident stakeholder manager who can lead executive and operational conversations.
- Builder mindset: able to navigate ambiguity and improve processes as we scale.
