Lynq combines ²⁴⁄₇ self-service options with personal interaction from a dedicated banker. We let institutions customize digital engagement for different types of customers. Our platform includes secure asynchronous messaging, AI chatbot support, real-time translation in over 120 languages, video chat, co-browsing, and conversation analytics. We cover the full customer journey, from onboarding to retention.

Lynq helps replicate in-branch services digitally, improves call center efficiency, and supports small business client management. It also modernizes customer engagement, automates collections, and offers digital support for employees. Our Banker Lynq™ feature lets customers choose and contact their personal banker directly. Bankers can also bring in subject matter experts and send proactive notifications.

Customers using Lynq have shown results like 24% higher average balances, a 3X increase in loan likelihood, and a 388% increase in funded applications. It has also reduced overnight call center volume by 71%.
