Founded in 2016, we provide digital banking and account opening platforms for financial institutions. Our enterprise-grade platforms help financial institutions quickly open accounts and serve customers through mobile and online channels. All our products integrate with core banking systems.

Our Narmi One platform includes solutions like Narmi Grow for consumer and business account opening, Narmi Banking for consumer and business banking, Narmi Now for instant payments via FedNow, Narmi Guard for fraud prevention, Narmi Command for digital back-office operations, Narmi Open for API-driven integration, and Narmi Lend for lending growth.

Our customers have reported significant improvements, including a 20% increase in NPS, a 55% increase in new account applications from non-account holders, and a 50% decrease in support volume. They’ve also seen a 63% improvement in support response time, an average app store rating of 4.8 (a 137% increase), a 65% reduction in application submission time, and a 4x increase in account growth.

Our mission is to empower community financial institutions to compete with larger banks and FinTech companies. We want our customers to have access to advanced technology. This mission was born from our co-founders’ own frustrations with the digital tools available when they previously led a financial institution.

We have 51-200 employees, with our headquarters in New York City. Narmi was founded by Nikhil Lakhanpal and Chris Griffin, who previously led a financial institution as CEO and CTO.
