We’re a dynamic team committed to solving our client’s most challenging business problems in partnership with the industry’s most innovative software providers. We are seeking a Colombia based Operations Lead to support us in the management of our Colombia office and partner with leadership to continue our regional growth.
What you will do
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Lead to oversee and optimize day-to-end business operations in Colombia. The ideal candidate is based in Colombia (preferably MedellĂn) and has proven experience working with U.S.-based companies, along with a strong understanding of Colombian labor laws, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory alignment, and scalable processes across our Colombian operations.
- Lead, manage, and execute day-to-day operational activities across Colombia.
- Act as the primary liaison between local teams and U.S. leadership, ensuring strong communication and alignment.
- Oversee compliance with Colombia’s legal, tax, employment, and operational regulations.
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to support growth and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with local vendors, partners, and government entities.
- Support HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, performance alignment, and compliance with Colombian labor laws.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports for executive teams.
- Identify risk, propose solutions, and ensure operational continuity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions.

- Based in Colombia (MedellĂn strongly preferred).
- 5+ years of operations leadership or management experience, ideally within multinational or U.S.-based organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Colombian regulations, including labor law, compliance, HR processes, and business operations.
- Direct experience coordinating with U.S. teams, executives, or clients.
- Proven ability to design and optimize operational workflows.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience managing local vendors, partners, and/or government agencies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or scaling operations in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with finance operations, payroll, or local compliance systems.
- Project management certification or experience (e.g., PMP, Agile).
This position is fully-remote within Colombia. Medellin based applicants will have the opportunity to work in our Colombian office.
