As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in evolving how we work, helping teams adopt new tools, workflows, and AI-enabled delivery practices as part of a rapidly changing technology landscape.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital and AI-enabled products, working closely with engineers, architects, and designers to bring ambitious ideas to life. You will be responsible for ensuring solutions are technically sound, scalable, and delivered to a high standard, balancing delivery rigour with a strong focus on product quality and real-world impact.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical and AI-enabled products.
- Ensure solutions are well-architected, scalable, and built to a high standard.
- Work closely with development, architecture, and design teams to shape and deliver product outcomes.
- Translate product and technical requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans.
- Manage scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining a strong focus on product quality.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across projects.
- Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to evolving delivery practices, including adoption of AI tools and new ways of working.
QUALITIES & CHARACTERISTICS
- Strong experience delivering complex digital products in a technical environment.
- Understand modern architectures (e.g. composable, headless, cloud-based).
- Experience with Agile delivery and iterative product development.
- Ability to balance delivery discipline with product thinking and quality outcomes.
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and bring clarity.
- A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies, and how they shape product delivery.
- A focus on quality and impact, not just timelines and outputs.
- Ability to challenge thinking constructively to improve outcomes.
- Leads by example, bringing energy, ownership, and momentum to delivery.
