ALETHIA AI is a research and development studio founded in 2019 by Arif Khan. We combine Generative AI and Blockchain technologies to enable decentralized ownership and democratic governance of AI.

Our “Character-Led Engagement” offers customized video agents for education, marketing, and community interaction. Our key products include CharacterGPT, a multimodal AI system launched in January 2023 that generates realistic AI characters from natural language. In April 2025, we released EMOTE-1, a high-fidelity, multimodal generative AI engine that creates realistic facial expressions, multilingual voices, and consistent personalities in real-time. This engine powers our real-time AI video agents, such as Muzamil Hasan’s Digital Twin and Nadi, a bilingual Malaysian tiger agent, launched in November 2025.

We pioneered intelligent NFTs (iNFTs); our first iNFT, Alice, was auctioned at Sotheby’s in June 2021. We launched our first iNFT collection, The Revenants, and 10,000 Personality Pods in October 2021. Since December 2024, we have been developing on-chain AI swarms and AI-to-AI agent protocols. We also contribute to the AI Protocol, a framework for agentic AI.

We partner with Solana Mobile, AWS, and OpenSea. These collaborations allow us to integrate on-chain, agentic AI characters on the Solana Seeker Device and use AWS for infrastructure scaling. We also provide the Artemis platform for risk assessment related to disinformation and social media narratives.

We offer a compensation package that includes a negotiated salary and stock options, with a total compensation range of $150,000 to $215,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. You’ll also be eligible for a stock option grant.
