We were founded in 2008 to provide access to expert knowledge on demand. We connect investors and business leaders with insights to help them make decisions. Operating from nine cities globally, we deliver expert insights across various companies, sectors, geographies, and topics. We’ve facilitated over 3 million client-expert interactions.

Our services include a client platform that allows users to schedule calls, launch surveys, message experts, and browse research. This platform uses a proprietary knowledge graph, which applies machine learning to over 25 million expert-to-company relationships to identify relevant experts. We maintain a compliance program that incorporates legal frameworks, policies, and risk management technology to ensure confidentiality and secure interactions. Specific services we offer include calls, surveys, deal advisors, and research. We work with investment funds, consultancies, and Fortune 500 companies.

Our global team has over 2,000 professionals working from nine cities: San Francisco, New York, London, Hamburg, Dubai, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Seoul, and Tokyo. This structure allows for round-the-clock coverage. Our professionals come from universities worldwide and collectively speak over 60 languages.

We offer competitive compensation, private health insurance, and dental insurance. Vacation days vary by region; for example, we provide 25, 28, or 17 days annually, in addition to public holidays and winter holiday closures. We provide work-from-home options, such as optional WFH Fridays, or WFH on Thursdays and Fridays, and additional periodic WFH days. Our offices are modern, with amenities in locations like Dubai, New York, and Hamburg.
