Founded in 2001, we are a private equity firm that invests in software and services businesses. We manage $18.8 billion in assets across 9 funds and have completed over 850 investments. We specialize in private equity, growth investing, business process outsourcing, software, and internet-enabled business services. We are B-Corp certified and have offices in San Francisco, New York City, and Austin. Our committed capital grew from over $50 million in 2001 to over $4.5 billion in 2023.
