Origin automates information flow, reduces manual data entry, improves underwriting with proprietary market data, and standardizes investment approaches for better consistency.

Origin supports the entire real estate investment process, including acquisitions, asset management, development, lending, capital raising, dispositions, and brokerage. Users can screen and underwrite opportunities, manage properties, track development tasks, oversee debt origination and equity investing, share deal visibility with partners, and efficiently manage marketing and sales for dispositions and brokerage. Origin customers manage over $2 trillion in assets, with deals closing on five continents. The platform has helped users increase deals screened by 2.5 times, cut screening and underwriting time by 35%, capture four times more market data, and process over 1,000 deals each month.
