What You’ll be Doing:
- Assist in the design and production of digital and print assets, including presentations, social media graphics, email templates, marketing collateral, photo headshots, infographics, data visualizations, and SharePoint page design.
- Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines
- Prepare design files for internal review, client presentation, and final delivery
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Edit and revise existing creative assets based on feedback
- Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools
What We Look for in You:
- 0–2 years of experience in a graphic design or related role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Suite (Power Point mostly)
- Strong eye for design, typography, color, and layout
- Basic understanding of design principles and branding
- Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with web or UI design
- SharePoint Skills
- Portfolio showcasing design work
- Basic coding knowledge is a plus.
