We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team and support revenue reporting, forecasting, and analytics for our multi-currency operations. This role partners with FP&A leadership, Business Development, and the Client Engagement Team to produce timely insights that inform go-to-market and operational decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support monthly forecasting, annual budget cycles, and rolling forecasts.
- Prepare and analyze revenue reporting, pipeline metrics, client profitability, and FX impacts.
- Build and maintain financial models and perform variance analyses (actual vs forecast vs budget).
- Create dashboards, KPIs, and self-service reports using Power BI and Tableau drawing from NetSuite and Salesforce data sources.
- Assist with ELT and board presentation decks and ad hoc financial projects.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline reporting and reduce manual work.
What we look for in you:
- 3–6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting (client services / professional services or SAAS experience preferred).
- Strong revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills.
- Hands-on with Salesforce, NetSuite, Power BI, and Tableau plus
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity across financial models, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience in multi-currency reporting and understanding of FX translation and remeasurement a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel and data-visualization skills; SQL familiarity a plus.
- Bachelor’s in either Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required.
- CPA or CFA preferred.
- Track record of building and improving systems, dashboards, and best-practice FP&A processes.
