We are a management consulting firm founded in 2003, based in College Park, Maryland. We specialize in organizational change management, oversight, and compliance, offering business advisory services and staff augmentation for technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and implementation. We have worked with clients like the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) to improve Escort Crew Support Systems, re-engineer business processes, and manage construction programs. We supported the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) with IT upgrade programs, as well as IV&V and QA/QC services. We also work with the Maryland Department of Health to manage the acquisition and implementation of electronic health records (EHRs) and revenue-cycle management systems. Additionally, we partnered with the Maryland Department of General Services for an employee enablement program, and with Prince George’s County Office of Information Technology (OIT) for Enterprise Architecture Development and establishing an Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). We also provided acquisition support services to USAITA, Pentagon - United States Department of Defense (US DOD).
