We are a privately held, veteran-owned services firm founded in 2009. We offer customized staffing, training, and consulting services. Our operations use a “Just-in-Time” talent model, applying lean principles internally.

Our expertise includes Lean, Six Sigma, Program and Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Change Management, and IT Services. We help clients achieve measurable improvements in areas like IT, innovation, strategic planning, capability maturity, portfolio management, operational excellence, continuous improvement, business transformation, and business integration.

We tailor our services to individual client needs, offering staff augmentation, customized training programs, and results-oriented consulting. Our capabilities cover organizational transformation, project management, strategic planning and execution, process reengineering, customer experience, and system implementation.

We work with clients in diverse industries, including government and public sectors, financial services, energy, life sciences and healthcare, higher education, technology, manufacturing, and logistics. Our approach focuses on knowledge transfer and coaching, aiming to enhance clients’ in-house capabilities.

Our leadership team includes Scott Kaeppel (President/CEO), Mari Hune (Chief Administrative Officer), Allan Osterman (VP of Training/Six Sigma Practice Lead), Dan Carson (VP of Program Execution), Susan Price (Customer Experience (CX) Practice Lead), and Tyona Ashley (Director of Staffing & Recruiting). We aim to equip clients to eventually manage without our continuous presence, through effective knowledge transfer and coaching.
