Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re looking for a savvy, highly autonomous TA Partner to support our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to leverage AI and modern recruiting tools to work smarter, and can own the end-to-end recruiting process with minimal hand-holding.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across a wide range of roles—from early-career professionals to VP-level leaders—while delivering a high-quality, efficient candidate experience.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner closely with the Talent team and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles at once, from intake through offer
  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse talent pipelines across teams including Adparo, Product, Engineering, Client Services, Operations, and Go-To-Market
  • Leverage AI, automation, and recruiting technology to increase efficiency, improve candidate quality, and reduce time-to-fill
  • Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and alignment with Annexus Health’s mission and values
  • Deliver a thoughtful, transparent, and engaging candidate experience from first touch through close
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in the ATS and provide visibility into pipeline health and progress

About You:

  • Proven experience recruiting in healthcare technology, SaaS, or other high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing talent across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of your work in a remote environment
  • Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Strong relationship-builder who communicates clearly with candidates and stakeholders alike
  • Advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
  • Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred, but not required)
  • Curious and forward-thinking—excited to experiment with AI tools and new approaches to continuously improve how recruiting gets done
