We were founded in 1996 and have over 25 years of experience providing AI training data and related services. We offer an end-to-end platform that combines AI-assisted data annotation with a global network of over 1 million contributors in more than 200 countries.

Our services cover the entire AI lifecycle, from data collection and curation to fine-tuning and monitoring human-driven tasks. We generate human data to train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models for generative AI, large language models (LLMs), computer vision, and speech recognition. Our solutions support key AI functions such as supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), model evaluation, and bias mitigation.

We partner with major technology companies and enterprises, including Amazon, Microsoft, Nvidia, Pinterest, Salesforce, Adobe, Bloomberg, Airbus, and Boeing. We focus on expertise, large-scale data, high-quality datasets, and a flexible platform tailored to customer needs. Our specialties include search, annotation, evaluation, personalization, transcription, spam detection, translation, localization, data collection, data preparation, and natural language processing.
