We design and develop electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft for use in urban air mobility networks. Our product, Midnight, is an all-electric aircraft designed to carry four passengers plus a pilot. It operates safely, sustainably, and quietly.

We operate in the Airlines and Aviation industries, specializing in electric aviation and eVTOL aircraft.

Our operations involve developing advanced manufacturing workflows for composite and metallic parts, including autoclave and oven cure, resin transfer molding, automated fiber placement, compression molding, and hot-forming.

Internally, we manage enterprise data, analytics, and security. This involves designing and implementing data loss prevention (DLP) solutions, vulnerability management, identity and access management (IAM), and cloud security for environments like AWS and Azure. We also focus on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), adhering to standards such as NIST SP 800-171, CMMC Level 2, SOX, ITAR, ISO, and DO-326A.

Our technology stack includes Siemens Teamcenter for PLM/CAD, Bitbucket, Jira, and TeamCity for code processes. We use platforms like Okta, Azure AD, and Delinea for identity management.
