We have Executive Jet Service Centers in locations like Dallas, TX, and Sanford, FL, and Customer Care Centers, including one in Brazil that supports the US East Region. These centers offer remote and on-site technical and operational support, ensuring fleet safety, availability, and performance. Our support includes coordinating across internal departments to address complex issues, handling Aircraft On Ground (AOG) and routine maintenance inquiries, analyzing technical data from sources like CMC, OMS, FDR, and NVM, and developing solutions for temporary repairs and ferry flights.

We emphasize proactive engagement with key accounts and continuous improvement by planning, reporting performance, working on capital projects, and improving processes and efficiency.
