We are a majority employee-owned investment management organization. We provide active portfolio management for U.S., international, and global equity portfolios, along with fixed income strategies like structured products, high yield, investment grade, and ESG investments. We serve institutional and advisory clients worldwide, managing assets in 17 countries. Our combined client assets total over $100 billion, with $57 billion managed for institutional clients (as of September 30, 2025).

We have several affiliated investment advisers: Aristotle Capital Management, LLC, Aristotle Capital Boston, LLC, Aristotle Atlantic Partners, LLC, Aristotle Investment Services, LLC, and Aristotle Pacific Capital, LLC. These affiliates are independent and registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Four of them are also PRI Signatories.

We have 247 professionals across four offices in Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Boston, and Sarasota. An additional 150 shared service professionals support our investment teams.

Our corporate leadership team oversees a centralized support infrastructure, which allows our investment teams to focus on client portfolios. This integrated shared services platform handles compliance, legal & risk, trading, marketing, wealth management, institutional services, RIA | Bank Group, operations, information technology, finance, and human resources.
