We are a clinical-stage biotechnology company founded in 2013 and based in New Haven, CT, with 201-500 employees. We work in biotechnology research, finding and developing therapies that degrade disease-causing proteins.

We use our PROTAC Discovery Engine to create PROTAC targeted protein degraders. These are designed to use the body’s natural protein disposal system to selectively degrade and remove disease-causing proteins.

We currently have several investigational drugs in clinical development. These include vepdegestrant, which targets the estrogen receptor for patients with locally advanced or metastatic ER+/HER2- breast cancer; ARV-393, targeting BCL6 for relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin Lymphoma; and ARV-102, targeting LRRK2 for neurodegenerative disorders. Our pipeline targets high-value proteins in oncology and neuroscience, including some that traditional methods couldn’t drug.
