We are a clinical-stage immunology company, founded in 2018. We develop targeted therapies for autoimmune diseases using anti-FcRn technology.

Our drug development includes leading clinical programs, trial design, protocol development, and medical oversight for studies. We manage drug product formulation and manufacturing, focusing on stable monoclonal antibody formulations for subcutaneous delivery via pre-filled syringes and vials. This involves technical transfer, overseeing production, and working with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).

Our analytical development covers method development, transfer, validation, and data trending for raw materials, drug substance, and drug product in GMP environments. Clinical operations involve program oversight, strategy, budgeting, risk mitigation, and ensuring GCP compliance. Our clinical pharmacology team designs and executes studies for regulatory submissions, bringing expertise in pharmacokinetics and pharmacometrics. We also handle statistical programming for clinical trial data analysis and maintain a GCP audit program to ensure compliant studies and operations.

We are a team of 201-500 employees. Our work environment is dynamic, interactive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial. We encourage cross-functional collaboration, both internally and with external partners like CROs, CDMOs, and contract testing labs. Many roles offer remote work flexibility, though some positions may require domestic or international travel.
