Loan Servicing Officer
6-Month Contract, Hybrid

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Servicing Officer to support the administration and servicing of loans within our rental housing portfolio. You will coordinate daily loan administration activities, manage data entries, oversee construction and permanent loan closings, and facilitate new loan setup and servicing orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily loan administration activities within the rental housing portfolio.
- Manage data entries related to loan servicing.
- Oversee construction and permanent loan closings.
- Facilitate new loan setup and onboarding.
- Conduct new loan servicing orientation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient loan servicing operations.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in multifamily loan servicing, escrow administration, asset management, or housing finance operations.
- In-depth knowledge of rental housing finance and loan servicing practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in loan servicing systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Understanding of loan documentation standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with affordable housing programs, such as LIHTC, HUD, and state housing finance agency programs.
