Vice President, Sales – CX BPO (Individual Contributor)

Role Type:Direct Hire, Individual Contributor (IC)

Location:100% Remote (U.S.) β€” Extensive Travel Required

Compensation: Competitive Salary + 4/3/1 Commission Structure

The Role: Executive Overview

We are seeking a highly successful and results-driven Vice President of Sales to drive net-new logo growth for our Customer Experience (CX) Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. This is a critical, quota-carrying role responsible for the entire enterprise sales lifecycle, from strategic planning and prospecting through final contract closure and post-sale account establishment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Pipeline Development

  • Build and Execute Strategy: Design and implement the strategic sales plan required to win net-new BPO contracts across defined target verticals (U.S. and International markets).

  • Pipeline Generation: Develop a robust, predictable new-business pipeline through highly targeted outreach, leveraging industry advisors/influencers, leading custom campaigns, and participating in key industry conferences and events.

  • Market Expansion: Collaborate directly with leadership on market expansion strategy, proactively identifying high-potential niches and service gaps for future growth.

End-to-End Sales Execution

  • Deal Ownership: Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including high-level prospecting, rigorous qualification, complex solution shaping, proposal/RFP management, pricing/negotiation, and contract closing.

  • Executive Presence: Create and deliver highly tailored presentations and compelling value propositions designed to resonate with executive-level decision-makers.

  • Post-Sale Partnership: Partner closely with account management and operations leadership post-close to ensure seamless client onboarding, service optimization, and successful account scale and growth.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Acumen

  • 5+ years of demonstrable success in CX BPO enterprise sales with a strong, measurable track record in net-new logo acquisition.

  • Established executive-level relationships and proven credibility with key decision-makers across relevant industries.

  • Strong commercial acumen, including proven experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and navigating complex business cycles.

Skills & Attributes

  • Proven expertise in business planning, account strategy, and executive relationship management.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.

  • Highly responsive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple, complex pursuits simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in core productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the U.S. and internationally as required by the pipeline.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
