Founded in 2016, we offer Amper FactoryOS, a manufacturing intelligence and operations platform that connects an entire plant. The platform uses real-time utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and AI to help manufacturers find hidden capacity and fix inefficiencies. It manages people, machines, jobs, and systems from one place.

Our services include software for scheduling, OEE, labor, and machine monitoring. FactoryOS automates data collection using IoT sensors to track uptime, downtime, and cycle counts. It integrates with ERP and MES systems, linking jobs, parts, and production standards with machine signals. The platform also lets us capture human insights via a touchscreen interface for labeling downtime, scrap, and setups.

Key features are ERP integrations, universal hardware for utilization tracking and real-time cycle counting, OEE and downtime analysis, real-time alerts and dashboards, and custom reports. We offer integrated modules for Operator Interface, Smart Scheduling, Issue Management, and Maintenance Management to optimize plant performance and keep shifts on track. These modules let operators manage job progress and track scrap. They also enable dynamic production scheduling based on real-time capacity, provide a system for capturing and resolving issues, and facilitate proactive maintenance based on machine data.

We specialize in IIoT, data analytics, hardware, production monitoring, Industry 4.0, and machine monitoring for the software development industry. Our clients include HMS, Toyota Material Handling, Boeing, Anderson Gleason, MODINE, IDEX Corporation, Rough Country, and Aurora Material Solutions. We were acquired by ECI Software Solutions. We are located in Chicago, IL.
