Job Description:

This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the leaders in the reputation management and marketing technology industry.

We are looking for an exceptional operator to join our team as Director, Revenue Operations & Growth, and lead a truly mission-critical function directly responsible for unlocking and scaling GatherUp’s growth.

This leader will set the strategy and lead execution across demand generation, revenue, sales and marketing operations, revenue planning, reporting, and forecasting. This role will own the Go-To-Market systems and tech stack, drive adoption of AI and AI agents in our sales/account management/marketing teams daily operations, and build a high-performing team that operates with clear OKRs, sprints, and a strong culture of accountability.

You’ll report to the CEO.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver MRR growth. Build a strategy to achieve ambitious New and Cross-/Upsell MRR targets at appropriate unit economics, form a clear, data-backed plan (goals/outcomes, approaches/campaigns, channels, KPIs), communicate it crisply across the organization, and own the execution of it.
  • Drive demand generation. Find, test, and scale new and existing channels - including paid/performance advertising, SEO/GEO, thought leadership content, webinars, events/conferences.
  • Standardize planning, reporting, forecasting and budgeting. Partner with Sales, CS, Finance, and Product to set top-down and bottoms-up targets, maintain a rolling monthly forecast, and establish a single source of truth for growth and MRR data internally. Drive sales & marketing leadership through reporting for annual budget process.
  • Own our funnel reporting. Understand and report on the entire “bow tie” conversion funnel metrics and proactively surface/pinpoint opportunities for improvement
  • Own administration of the GTM systems and tech stack. Build integrations, workflows and processes across CRM, marketing automation platform, etc., to assist sales, marketing, and customer success. Maintain roles/permissions, fields, flows, reporting, dashboards, data structure, and integrations.
  • Oversee marketing & revenue operations. Stand up and continuously improve attribution, reporting & analytics; lead management & scoring; email marketing & automation; campaign execution; forms & landing pages; website operations (vendor management, launches, performance, analytics).
  • Create scalable processes for growth. Drive the build, execution, monitoring & ongoing improvement of scalable processes that enable us to deliver on growth KPIs and annual goals
  • Drive adoption of AI and AI agents into operations. Champion practical AI use cases that materially improve goal accomplishment, productivity and quality across sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, and analytics.
  • Build and lead a team. Hire, mentor, and manage A-players; establish clear processes and OKRs; run bi‑weekly sprints; evangelize wins; and foster a growth-mindset culture with high accountability.

You’re Perfect for This Role If:

  • You’re commercially and strategically minded with a track record of owning “growth” and holding yourself accountable for revenue outcomes.
  • Data-driven operator with proven analytical execution experience and habit of making decisions grounded in numbers with GTM analytics (dashboards, KPIs, metrics, etc.) and technical requirements of a revenue team
  • Proven driver of demand and operating with a 1-step sales motion, ideally with experience partnering with agencies/resellers and multi-location/SMB customers
  • 8+ years of progressive SaaS go-to-market experience across marketing, demand generation, marketing/sales/revenue operations; success leading and executing alongside a small but mighty team (2-4 direct reports)
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, product, and finance leadership
  • Systems fluent: adept with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, attribution, and related GTM tooling; able to wrangle data, define/build dashboards, and design/build/own critical business processes.
  • Systems thinker: you are inclined to solve problems with processes and automation
  • Budgeting and forecasting: You have experience budgeting/forecasting revenue with a high degree of accuracy
  • AI‑optimist mindset: You are eager to deploy AI and AI agents within our organization to improve outcomes, customer satisfaction, and team productivity. You have examples of deploying AI in your past.
  • Leader of high standards: hires/develops A‑players, leads with urgency and OKRs, manages performance, and communicates proactively (“push mode”).
  • Execution powerhouse: exceptionally organized project manager who juggles multiple initiatives and maintains a high say/do ratio
  • Experience in B2B MarTech a plus

Location:

This role is remote, with core collaboration hours 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. PT.

We are a fully remote company.

Compensation Range:

The base salary range for this position is $130k – $170k and is part of a competitive total rewards package including an annual bonus, employer‑paid benefits, L&D stipend, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs at least annually to ensure competitive and fair pay.

Compensation Structure: Base salary plus bonus tied to performance.
