Position Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support high-impact recruiting efforts within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruiting, candidate engagement, and talent operations while working directly with experienced recruiters and hiring leaders.
The intern will play a key role in building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and supporting critical hiring initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions. This is an opportunity to learn recruiting in a real-world, high-growth setting where speed, quality, and candidate experience matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across technical and non-technical roles
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Assist in reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates based on role requirements
- Partner with recruiters to track candidate progress and maintain ATS data accuracy
- Support hiring events, career fairs, and on-site interview coordination
- Help improve candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
- Assist with reporting and recruiting metrics as needed
Qualifications
Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
Experience
- Previous internship, campus leadership, or work experience preferred but not required
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in aerospace, manufacturing, or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or other sourcing tools
- Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Experience working in fast-paced or team-oriented environments

- Scheduling tools and shared calendars
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
- Ability to attend recruiting events or on-site interviews as needed
