Our offerings include an IoT-connected Spacewell Workplace SaaS platform for Workplace Analytics, Workplace Experience, and Workplace Management. We also provide AI-powered energy management software (Dexma), maintenance software for planning, inspections, execution, and compliance, and independent advisory services from our domain experts.

Our Smart Building Suite (Workplace, Energy, and Asset) helps you automate critical workflows, visualize space in real-time with 2D/3D floorplans and data overlays, optimize energy use with AI, empower employees through mobile/desktop reservations and requests, maintain compliance with tracking tools, and make asset decisions based on data. We’re an Accredited Solution by Wiredscore and accredited against the Smart Building Certification (SBC) framework.
