When we started in 2012, we built fixed-gear bicycles. We shifted our focus to electric bikes, stopping fixed-gear production by 2021. Our first electric bike, the Pace 500, launched in 2018.

Today, we make a variety of electric bikes, components, and accessories like racks, bags, and trailers. Our models include the Pace, Level, Sinch, Aventure, Soltera, Ramblas, and Abound SR.

Our bikes feature ACU Technology, which provides 4G connectivity, GPS tracking, theft deterrence, smart features you can customize, Ride Tune, over-the-air updates, and a built-in alarm. We also use our A100 Mid-Drive Motor, which delivers 100nm of torque and 250W of power with an IP67 waterproof rating. A Torque Sensor makes for a more natural ride.

We support customers with over 1,800 authorized bike shops for sales and test rides. We offer a 2-year warranty and free, fast shipping on orders over $100. We also have a mobile app to track rides, monitor bike status, and connect with other riders.
