Founded in 2014, we are an executive search and talent strategy firm led by women of color. We partner with social impact organizations to provide talent solutions based on building strong relationships and promoting equity and inclusivity.

We aim to increase leadership diversity in the social impact sector, helping people of color and historically marginalized identities access positions of authority. We offer clients personalized service, driven by our values.

In 2021, over 90% of our placements were leaders of color, and one-third of our clients return year after year.
