Your Impact

As a IT Support Technician, you will be at our front line and in the most outwardly facing position within our IT organization. Your days will be spent as an enabler, a facilitator, and a supporter of a high performing and fast paced technology company.
What You’ll Do
Location: This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh City office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. - Lead resolution of complex technical support issues across hardware, software, and network layers.
- Take ownership of escalated incidents and ensure timely, effective resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Coordinate and support IT operations for cross-functional business initiatives.
- Provide expert support for systems such as Jamf, Intune, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, and more.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for key IT systems or processes.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes with a focus on security and compliance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Lead or coordinate small-to-mid-scale IT projects and operational rollouts.
- Mentor IT Support Technicians, offering guidance, training, and support in professional development.
- Maintain SLA performance targets and help track departmental metrics.
- Ensure alignment with Axon’s audit and information security policies in all operations.
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Support role
- Strong expertise in Mac, Windows, and Linux environments.
- Solid experience with IT tools and platforms such as Jamf, Intune, Office 365, Azure AD, Okta, and Zoom.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in mentoring or training junior team members.
