We deliver digital services to public sector teams, helping them use data and get the most out of their Palantir systems. Founded in 2010 by a retired Naval officer, we build data pipelines and integrations, complete data migrations, and develop custom solutions within the Palantir environment.

We are a Palantir services provider and partner, certified as a black-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), 8(a) certified, and women-run. We are also an AWS public sector partner and a Palantir Registered Gotham Supplier.

Our experienced team includes Palantir-certified engineers cleared for secured spaces, with over 15 years of experience serving government agencies at federal, state, and local levels. We focus on System Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Integration, Project Management, Big Data Platforms, Defense, Law Enforcement, GovTech, Public Health, Intelligence, and Maritime.

PVM is a remote-first company with offices in the St. Petersburg Maritime and Defense Technology Hub and San Diego. The company has about 50 employees. The culture encourages problem-solving, leadership, and innovation, supporting professional and personal growth. PVM’s team consists of highly-skilled software engineers who are dedicated to their customers’ missions and enjoy tackling complex data problems.

The leadership team includes Pat Mack (President and CEO), Marivic Watson (Chief People Officer), Bret Frederick (Chief Technology Officer), Sydney Metzmaker (Chief Operations Officer), Carrie Davis (Director of Contracts/FSO), Jonda Morton (Director of Product Management), and Mindy Howland (Marketing & Communications Director).
