Job Description
Join Axon and be a Force for Good.
At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.
Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.
Your Impact
Axon is a global leader in public safety technology, dedicated to protecting life and making communities safer. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager II to own the delivery of highly complex, enterprise-grade platform programs that help our customers scale, operate efficiently, and achieve mission-critical outcomes.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager II at Axon, you will lead cross-functional programs that span product, engineering, software services, customer success, and public safety partners. You will bring structure to ambiguity, align technical execution with customer and business goals, and drive program outcomes across multiple teams and workstreams.
This role is ideal for a TPM who can operate at both strategic and execution levels: defining the path forward, surfacing tradeoffs, driving decisions, managing risk, and ensuring teams stay aligned through delivery. You will play a key role in scaling Axon’s platform impact while modeling our values of Aim Far, Own It, Join Forces, Expect Candor, Win Right, Be Obsessed, and Boldly Go. Axon publicly defines these values around long-term thinking, ownership, customer focus, integrity, teamwork, respectful candor, and embracing the unknown.
What You’ll Do
Location: This role is based out of our Seattle, WA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
