We’re scaling our Kraków R&D hub – and we want product thinkers, creators, and doers to join us in building something impactful. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the evolution of our banking platform used by global clients. You’ll collaborate with world-class teams, work in a modern agile environment, and help shape the next generation of financial technology.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key areas of our banking platform
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, business stakeholders, and other PMs to shape features from idea to launch
- Conduct discovery and user research to deeply understand customer needs and industry trends
- Prioritize trade-offs using data, feedback, and product intuition
- Ensure successful execution – you own the outcome, not just the backlog
What You Bring
Must-haves:
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in a software product company
- Strong track record of end-to-end product ownership (ideation → launch → iteration)
- Experience working closely with engineers and agile delivery teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A product mindset: customer-focused, curious, and outcome-driven
Good-to-haves (we’ll support your learning):
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-native platforms, or digital platforms
- Interest or experience in fintech, banking, or digital customer journeys
- Knowledge of DevOps or observability tools
