We were founded in 2015 and are a Y Combinator-backed FinTech startup. We provide modern banking technology to credit unions and community banks, helping them improve their digital services. We offer products like mobile banking, online banking, e-statements, online account opening, loan origination, and conversational AI.

Our offerings also include Banking APIs, FraudSense for real-time fraud prevention, JoyCompass for financial wellness, and Vertical Banking solutions for launching brands in specific niches. Bankjoy serves over 85 community financial institutions nationwide, supports over 1 million members, and integrates with more than 150 systems. By 2023, we reached $10 million in annual revenue.

Since 2019, we have introduced a unified digital banking ecosystem, comprehensive business banking features in 2022, and standalone online account opening in 2023.
