As our Talent Acquisition Partner in Vilnius, you aren’t just filling seats, You are a strategic consultant to the business, who think like marketers—people who are proactive rather than reactive to identifying the best.

You will be the face of Bazaarvoice in Lithuania’s thriving tech scene, ensuring every candidate experiences the speed, professionalism, and authenticity we stand for.

Your manager will be based in the UK, and you’ll be part of a high performing global team.

How You’ll Make an Impact:We don’t just hire; we hire with precision.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with an emphasis on process integrity.

Primary Duties of the role:

  • Partner with managers in Lithuania and global managers and senior leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop winning talent strategies.
  • Take full ownership of the hiring process and manage a high-volume portfolio of Technical Support Engineers (tier 1 & 2) , Technical Client Success and language roles at various levels.
  • Attract, engage, and hire top talent by leveraging both active and passive sourcing techniques.
  • Create structured, effective hiring processes that set candidates and hiring managers up for success.
  • Ensure a top-notch candidate experience—from first touch to final offer.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimise recruitment strategies.
  • You’ll collaborate with the wider People & Talent organization to support company-wide initiatives, acting with integrity in every word and action.

Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:

  • Recruiting Excellence: You have 2-4 years in the Vilnius tech market (ideally) in full cycle hiring.
  • You know the difference between support and consultancy and can vet for that nuance.
  • Strategic Communication: Fluency in Lithuanian and English language, good level negotiation and relationship-building skills, used to manage complex offers and maintain high service levels.
  • Process Rigor: You believe consistency equals speed. You loathe process drift and understand that a clean ATS (Lever) is the backbone of a successful hiring strategy.
  • Strategic Advisor; Narrative Challenger: You act as a true peer to your hiring managers in a consultative manner.
  • You have the confidence and data-backed insight to challenge the narrative, push back on unrealistic requirements, and actively influence hiring decisions.
  • Global Partnership: You have some experience partnering with global hiring managers.
  • You understand bridging the gap between international business needs and local execution in Lithuania.
  • Tech-Sector Mastery: Good knowledge of recruiting within SaaS, eCommerce, or tech-driven industries (ideally).
  • You are a power user of Linkedin Recruiter, Glassdoor, Work in Vilnius, social recruiting, and modern sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Ownership Mentality: You thrive in fast-paced environments where you plan your day with clear priorities, moving at pace without sacrificing quality or data accuracy or candidate experience.  You’re a natural problem-solving, coachable and able to work independently.
  • Market knowledge: Familiarity with local employment laws, human resources best practices, and compliance procedures required in Vilnius.
  • Technical aptitude in MS Office Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Word, PowerPoint, G Suite, Slack, and internet browsers is required.
  • Brand; Recruitment Marketing: You don’t just post jobs; you market them. Whether it’s through social content, local events, or targeted campaigns, you have a keen interest in (or experience with) recruitment marketing to keep our employer brand top-of-mind in Vilnius.
  • You know how to tell a story on social media that makes candidates want to join us.

Your Journey to Success:

  • 30 days – You’ll be fully onboarded, and comfortable with our hiring process, tools, and team.
  • 60 days – You’ll be actively recruiting for 1-2 roles, working closely with hiring managers, and building a solid talent pipeline.
  • 90 days – You’ll have successfully hired 2-3 top candidates for key roles!
