About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Germany) to drive business growth by developing and managing strategic relationships with new and existing clients across the German market. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end sales process for ERP solutions, identify new business opportunities, and build a strong pipeline through proactive business development activities.
In this role you will get to:
- Establish professional and deep relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Develop new business opportunities with new and existing clients
- Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process
- Understand the customer’s business environment
- Develop pipeline t through a combination of phone calls, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence
- Build a solid pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
- Prepare and present client proposals and quotations
- Work closely with SAP in Germany
- Assist with Marketing related activities such as translating success stories from English to German language, SAP Forum and other similar events.
- Perform sales administration
What we are looking for:
Experience
- ERP background - Mandatory
- Service oriented and passionate about helping customers to reach new heights
- Strong sales management background with proven track record
- Previous experience in IT related sales, preferably in the ERP sector
- Creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
