Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to join our organisation and take responsibility for building and expanding our recruitment division.

This role is designed for a high-performing recruiter or recruitment leader who is capable of developing business independently, bringing existing client relationships, and generating revenue from day one.

The successful candidate will initially focus on business development and placements, building a strong client portfolio.

As the business grows, the Recruitment Partner will hire and lead a team of recruiters, developing the division into a scalable and profitable part of the organisation.

This position offers a long-term partnership opportunity, including equity participation for the right individual who successfully grows the business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Develop new recruitment business and generate revenue through existing relationships and new client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities to provide permanent and contract recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate recruitment agreements and commercial terms with clients.

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement to candidate placement.
  • Work closely with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide suitable candidates.
  • Ensure high standards of service and delivery.

Building the Recruitment Division

  • Develop the recruitment strategy and growth plan for the division.
  • After establishing a revenue base, recruit and build a team of recruiters.
  • Mentor and manage team members as the division grows.
  • Implement best practices, processes, and systems for recruitment delivery.

Growth & Strategy

  • Contribute to the long-term growth of the recruitment business.
  • Identify new markets, sectors, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Work with company leadership to develop a scalable recruitment business model.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven track record in recruitment business development and client acquisition.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment process from client engagement to placement.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated success in winning and developing recruitment clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a recruitment desk or division.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to the broader business strategy.

This role offers the opportunity to participate in the equity of the recruitment division, allowing the successful candidate to benefit directly from the growth and profitability of the business.

The structure of the partnership and equity participation will be based on performance, revenue generation, and contribution to the development of the division.
