Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a highly skilled SAP FS-PM Techno Functional Lead for a 9-month contract opportunity. This is an exciting chance for you to leverage your techno-functional expertise in the Financial Services sector to drive project success and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP FS-PM solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Work across both functional and technical teams to analyze, design, and enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable SAP solutions.
- Provide guidance and support during various project phases including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and ensure adoption of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FS-PM implementations.
- Strong understanding of insurance and financial services industries.
- Proven experience in both functional and technical roles, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Knowledge of configuration and customization of SAP FS-PM.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
